Public-Private Partnerships (PPP): Structuring for Strategic Growth

Acquire knowledge in the areas of PPP framework, risks, governance, and strategic cooperation for infrastructure development and economic growth.

Why this program

Structure transformative public-private partnerships that deliver sustainable value for governments, investors, and communities.

Public-Private Partnerships have become a key route for delivering infrastructure and public services where government resources alone fall short. Yet the success of a PPP depends on careful structuring, fair risk allocation, and strong contract management. This program offers a clear view of how PPP projects are conceived, appraised, structured, and delivered. It covers models such as BOT, HAM, and annuity, along with financing, bidding, regulatory frameworks, and dispute resolution. Using Indian and international case studies, participants will understand what makes partnerships succeed or fail, and how to design arrangements that serve both public and private interests.

Who should attend

Senior-level government officials, PSU executives, infrastructure professionals, consultants, and policy makers from public sector and private sector organisations in areas such as coal, power, energy, steel, mining, and heavy electronics.

Junior and middle-level executives working in infrastructure, project finance, planning, contracts, legal, and procurement functions of government departments, PSUs, autonomous bodies, and private sector companies.
