Finance for Non-Finance Executives: Concepts, Analysis & Application

Non-finance leaders should be equipped with skills around budgeting, financial management, and P&L for effective business decision-making.

Why this program

Speak the language of finance and make sharper business decisions with confidence and analytical clarity.

Sound business decisions rest on a clear understanding of financial information, yet many executives outside the finance function find numbers intimidating. This program demystifies finance for managers from every discipline. It covers the essentials of financial statements, ratio analysis, budgeting, costing, working capital, and investment appraisal in plain, practical language. Using real-life examples and exercises, participants learn to read the story behind the numbers and communicate confidently with finance teams. The result is sharper decision-making, better resource allocation, and a stronger link between day-to-day operations and the organisation's financial performance.
