Volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity are now the everyday reality of business. Leaders who relied on fixed plans and command-and-control styles find themselves out of step with this pace of change. This program explores the mindsets and capabilities that define leadership today, including adaptability, learning agility, emotional intelligence, systems thinking, and decision-making under uncertainty. Participants will reflect on their own leadership approach and practise new ways of leading through cases and simulations. The program prepares leaders to guide their people with clarity, resilience, and vision, even when the road ahead is far from certain.

Fee Residential ₹45,500 · Non-residential ₹32,500 + GST per participant
Fees include tuition, materials and meals. Residential also includes two nights of accommodation; extra nights are charged separately.

Common questions
The fee covers tuition, program materials and meals on each program day. The residential fee also includes two nights of accommodation. Nights before or after the program are charged separately. The non-residential fee covers everything except accommodation.
No. Fees are shown before GST, which is added at the applicable rate.

Yes. Participants who complete the program receive a Certificate of Completion.

No refund is given for a no-show.
Refunds are paid within 15 to 20 working days of the cancellation.
If we cancel, you receive a full refund. If we reschedule, you have 72 hours to cancel with no charge.
