Management Wisdom from Indian Mythology: Lessons for Modern Leaders

Derive timeless lessons on leadership from Indian mythology to promote ethical decision-making and values-based management.

Why this program

Rediscover timeless leadership insights from India's rich mythological heritage and apply them to modern organizational challenges.

The Ramayana, Mahabharata, and Puranas are more than ancient stories. They are rich studies in strategy, ethics, leadership, and human behaviour. This program draws on these timeless narratives to offer fresh perspectives on contemporary management challenges. Through characters such as Rama, Krishna, Arjuna, and Hanuman, participants will explore themes of dharma, decision-making, teamwork, negotiation, and leading through crisis. Each lesson is linked to practical workplace situations, encouraging reflection and discussion. The program invites leaders to look to India's heritage for wisdom that strengthens judgement, character, and purpose in modern organisations.
