It emphasises continuous capacity building, competency-based development, and a citizen-first mindset. This program introduces participants to the philosophy and structure of the framework, linking Indian values of duty and service with modern governance needs. Participants will explore competency mapping, role-based learning, and approaches to building a culture of lifelong learning. Fee Residential ₹30,500 · Non-residential ₹22,500 + GST per participant
Fees include tuition, materials and meals. Residential also includes one night of accommodation; extra nights are charged separately.

Common questions
The fee covers tuition, program materials and meals on each program day. The residential fee also includes one night of accommodation. Nights before or after the program are charged separately. The non-residential fee covers everything except accommodation.
No. Fees are shown before GST, which is added at the applicable rate.

Yes. Participants who complete the program receive a Certificate of Completion.

- 15 to 30 days before: 5% of the fee or ₹2,000, whichever is higher.
- From 15 days to 48 hours before: 10% of the fee.
- Less than 48 hours before: 25% for individuals, 50% for groups.

No refund is given for a no-show.
Refunds are paid within 15 to 20 working days of the cancellation.
If we cancel, you receive a full refund. If we reschedule, you have 72 hours to cancel with no charge.
