Leadership
Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS): Their Relevance for Future Leaders
Bring back the link between the leadership community and Indian philosophy, Vedic management practices, and wisdom for holistic and future-oriented leadership practices based on values.
Why this program
Reconnect with India's intellectual heritage and draw timeless wisdom to navigate the challenges of modern leadership.
India's intellectual tradition spans philosophy, science, mathematics, governance, health, art, and ethics, offering insights that remain strikingly relevant today. Indian Knowledge Systems are increasingly recognised as a source of ideas for sustainable, holistic, and value-driven leadership. This program introduces participants to key strands of this heritage, including the Vedas, Upanishads, Arthashastra, Bhagavad Gita, and traditional approaches to wellbeing and community. Participants will examine how these ideas can inform modern leadership, decision-making, and organisational culture. The program encourages leaders to draw on India's wisdom while meeting the demands of a changing world.
