There is no single formula for great leadership. Effective leaders understand their natural style, recognise when to adapt it, and keep building the competencies their roles demand. This program helps participants discover their own leadership style through assessments and feedback, and explore situational approaches to leading different people and circumstances. It also focuses on developing core competencies such as communication, decision-making, delegation, and people development. Through reflection, practice, and peer learning, participants create a personal development plan. The program strengthens both self-awareness and capability, enabling leaders to grow with confidence.

Fee Residential ₹30,500 · Non-residential ₹22,500 + GST per participant
Fees include tuition, materials and meals. Residential also includes one night of accommodation; extra nights are charged separately.

Common questions
The fee covers tuition, program materials and meals on each program day. The residential fee also includes one night of accommodation. Nights before or after the program are charged separately. The non-residential fee covers everything except accommodation.
No. Fees are shown before GST, which is added at the applicable rate.
Yes:
- Early bird: 10% if you register 45 or more days before the program. It cannot be combined with any other offer.
- Groups: 7% for 10 or more participants and 15% for 25 or more.

Yes. Participants who complete the program receive a Certificate of Completion.
Open sessions are held in Hyderabad.

- Within 24 hours of registering, or more than 30 days before the program: no charge.
- 15 to 30 days before: 5% of the fee or ₹2,000, whichever is higher.
- From 15 days to 48 hours before: 10% of the fee.
- Less than 48 hours before: 25% for individuals, 50% for groups.

No refund is given for a no-show.
Refunds are paid within 15 to 20 working days of the cancellation.
If we cancel, you receive a full refund. If we reschedule, you have 72 hours to cancel with no charge.
