not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms
at any time — your continued use constitutes acceptance of any
revision.
By accessing or using the AmpliSkill website, enrolling in any
program, engaging our consulting services, or submitting to the
AJMSI journal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree,
please do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you
and AmpliSkill. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at
any time, and your continued use of our services following any
such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Description of
Services
AmpliSkill provides the following services:

Management Development Programs:
Calendar-based open-enrolment programs and customised cohort
engagements for professionals and organisations, delivered
residentially, non-residentially, or in a hybrid
format.

Strategic Consulting: Advisory and
consulting services across five practices — CSR Impact
Assessment, Policy Review, Employee Assessment, Feasibility
Studies, and Risk & Controls.

Publications & Research: The
AmpliSkill Journal of Management Studies & Innovation
(AJMSI), books published under AmpliSkill Press, case
studies, and editorial content.
-
Events: Conferences, masterclasses,
summits, and industry-academia dialogue forums.
3.1 — Eligibility
Programs are designed for working professionals, senior
leaders, and organisational teams. AmpliSkill reserves the
right to assess eligibility and decline applications where a
participant does not meet program prerequisites.
3.2 — Enrolment
Confirmation
Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or
an approved instalment agreement) and a written confirmation
from AmpliSkill.
3.3 — Program Content
AmpliSkill reserves the right to modify program content,
faculty, schedules, and delivery formats as necessary.
Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants
in advance.
3.4 — Minimum Cohort
Size
Programs are subject to a minimum number of participants.
AmpliSkill reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a
program that does not reach the minimum threshold, with full
refunds issued to enrolled participants.

Fees are as published
on the program listing or as agreed in a consulting engagement
letter. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless
otherwise stated.

Payment is due in
accordance with the schedule set out in the enrolment
confirmation or engagement letter.

AmpliSkill accepts
payment by bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as
specified at checkout. We do not store payment card details on
our servers.

Cancellation &
Refund Policy
5.1 — By
Participant
For any cancellation post registration, cancellation fees will
be applicable as per the following schedule:

5.2 — Substitution
Participants may nominate a substitute attendee at no
additional cost. Substitution requests must be communicated at
least 48 hours prior to the program.
5.3 — By AmpliSkill
AmpliSkill reserves the right to reschedule if minimum
enrolment is not met, modify program schedule, faculty, or
venue if required. In case of cancellation by AmpliSkill due
to any unforeseen situation, a
full refund will be issued. In case of
rescheduling by AmpliSkill, participants will be given
72 hours to cancel their participation with
zero cancellation charges.
5.4 — Consulting
Engagements
Cancellation terms for consulting engagements are governed by
the relevant engagement letter or statement of work.

All program materials,
course content, case studies, presentations, toolkits, and
related resources are the intellectual property of AmpliSkill
or its licensed contributors and are protected by copyright
law.

Participants are
granted a
personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence
to use program materials for their own professional
development. You may not reproduce, distribute, sublicense,
sell, or publish any program materials without our prior
written consent.

All content on the
AmpliSkill website — including text, graphics, logos, and
images — is the property of AmpliSkill and may not be used
without permission.

Journal Submissions: Authors submitting to
the AJMSI journal grant AmpliSkill a non-exclusive,
royalty-free licence to publish, distribute, and archive the
accepted work in print and digital formats. Authors retain
copyright in their work.
Participants in AmpliSkill programs agree to:

Engage respectfully
with faculty, peers, and staff.

Maintain the
confidentiality of peer-shared information disclosed in a
programme context.

Not engage in academic
dishonesty, plagiarism, or misrepresentation.

Comply with all
applicable laws and AmpliSkill's policies.
AmpliSkill reserves the right to
remove a participant from a program without refund
for serious or repeated breaches of conduct.

Confidentiality: Consulting
Engagements
Both parties to a consulting engagement agree to maintain the
confidentiality of all proprietary, commercially sensitive, and
strategic information shared during the engagement.
This obligation survives termination of the engagement for a
period of three years.
09
Limitation
of Liability
9.1 — Cap on
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,
AmpliSkill's total liability for any claim arising in
connection with our services shall not exceed the fees paid by
you for the specific program or engagement giving rise to the
claim.
9.2 — Excluded Damages
AmpliSkill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of
profits, business opportunity, or career advancement.
9.3 — Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal
injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability
that cannot be excluded by law.

Disclaimer of
Warranties
Our programs, consulting services, and publications are provided
on an "as is" basis. While we take every care
to ensure quality and accuracy, AmpliSkill makes no warranties,
express or implied, regarding the fitness of any content for a
particular professional purpose or the outcomes that may result
from participation in our programs.

Governing Law & Dispute
Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with
applicable law.

Any dispute arising
out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be
referred to good-faith negotiation.

Failing resolution
within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable
jurisdiction.
AmpliSkill shall not be in breach of these Terms for any delay
or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable
control, including pandemics, natural disasters, government
restrictions, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
In such cases, we will endeavour to reschedule or otherwise
accommodate affected participants.

and any applicable program-specific or engagement-specific
