An eight-week modular programme for experienced leaders navigating the step-change into enterprise-level responsibility. Designed for clarity under pressure, strategy under ambiguity, and leadership at scale.
The Senior Leadership Intensive is designed for leaders who have proven themselves in functional or business-unit roles and are now stepping into enterprise-level responsibility — where the old playbook no longer fits.
Over eight weeks of modular residential sessions, you'll build the thinking, the frameworks, and the peer community to lead at the level your role demands. Faculty are senior practitioners and academic scholars. Every module is anchored in real-world application — not theory for its own sake.
Frameworks for decision quality, judgment under uncertainty, and the cognitive biases that derail senior leadership.
Reading the competitive landscape, identifying leverage points, and separating signal from noise.
Organization design, operating models, and the architecture of enterprise-level execution.
Capital allocation, value creation, and the financial fluency the CFO will expect of you.
Transformation, crisis, and the psychology of taking people through uncertainty.
Writing, speaking, and presenting at the level your role demands — boards, investors, regulators, media.
Building the muscle to see new businesses, spin up ventures, and protect the core while growing beyond it.
Apply the arc to a real strategic question you bring from your organization. Faculty review, peer challenge, and a presentation to the cohort.
