Clear communication is the thread that holds together strategy, teams, and relationships. Managers and leaders spend much of their time conveying direction, giving feedback, persuading stakeholders, and handling difficult conversations, and their effectiveness depends largely on how well they do it. This program builds practical communication skills for the workplace, including active listening, clear writing, confident presentations, and non-verbal awareness. Participants will also practise feedback, meeting facilitation, and communicating during change or conflict. Through role plays, recorded exercises, and personal feedback, they will gain the clarity and presence needed to lead with influence.

Fee Residential ₹45,500 · Non-residential ₹32,500 + GST per participant
Fees include tuition, materials and meals. Residential also includes two nights of accommodation; extra nights are charged separately.

Common questions
The fee covers tuition, program materials and meals on each program day. The residential fee also includes two nights of accommodation. Nights before or after the program are charged separately. The non-residential fee covers everything except accommodation.

Yes. Participants who complete the program receive a Certificate of Completion.

No refund is given for a no-show.
Refunds are paid within 15 to 20 working days of the cancellation.
