Dr. Patnaik brings over two decades of experience spanning academia, executive education, and consulting. A distinguished Professor associated with MBA and PGDM programs, he has also served as Director for Management Development Programs (MDP), contributing significantly across training and consultancy, quality assurance, learning and development, and organizational transformation.
